International Recruitment Recruiter + Team Lead Company Overview: Join our recruitment agency specializing in IT staffing placements for some of the largest companies in Belgium, including sectors such as retail, government, railway, banking, and telecom. Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruitment Team Lead to manage and our team of 3 recruiters. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT staffing recruitment (not an HR role), excellent bilingual communication skills (French and English), and a relevant experience in the Belgian market. This role involves not only managing the future team but also playing an active part in the recruitment process, ensuring that both team and individual targets are met. Key Responsibilities: As a Teamlead: Team Management & KPI Achievement Lead, coach, and train recruiters to achieve daily and weekly KPIs in sourcing, interviews, and candidate submissions. Ensure targets are consistently met by monitoring performance and providing clear feedback. Report regularly to management about the team’s progress, recruitment pipelines, and sourcing activities. As a Recruiter: Recruitment Activities Source and qualify candidates specifically for the Belgian market in IT. Present well-matched candidates to clients and ensure timely follow-up. Personally handle high-priority recruitment requests from the start until placement. (sourcing, guiding the candidate throughout the process, interview, negotiation & signing). Client Engagement & Business Development Act as the primary contact for your clients, maintaining strong and professional relationships. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions. Proactively identify and approach new clients where you can propose your own candidates and build long-term partnerships. Operational Excellence Ensure recruitment processes are executed with quality, professionalism, and speed. Track and report results, ensuring alignment with business goals and client expectations. Continuously seek process improvements and implement best practices across the team. Qualifications: At least 3-5 years of experience in IT STAFFING recruitment, with a strong preference for experience in the Belgian market. Sourcing experience: you know how to find talent (ATS, Linkedin Recruiter, AI, tools,..) Bilingual proficiency in French and English is essential. Proven experience in managing and developing a recruitment team. In-depth knowledge of IT roles and the ability to understand and articulate technical requirements. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, candidates, and team members.
