Understands the scope of works and the quality control activities required to ensure compliant works. The Client Our client is a leading global developer, building a large mixed-use development in the heart of Delhi, India. You’ll Be Responsible For Establish and maintain robust secondary control systems to assure project accuracy and alignment with delivery requirements. Provide precise dimensional control and verification support for contractor works. Support inspections and quality assurance activities, enabling effective validation of completed works. Review design information against site delivery to promote quality, compliance and continuous learning. Maintain accurate site records and quality documentation to support project governance and reporting. Build strong stakeholder relationships, mentor junior colleagues and contribute to Mace’s net zero carbon ambitions through proactive carbon management and reduction initiatives. You’ll Need To Have Degree qualified, or working towards a qualification in Civil Engineering or a related construction or engineering discipline, with a minimum of 6 years of work experience on site, in a live construction environment. Understanding of construction methodologies and their practical application within project delivery environments. Foundational engineering knowledge, with the ability to apply technical principles effectively on site. Strong communication skills, fostering collaboration across project teams, stakeholders and site operatives. Committed to professional development, with ICE membership (or working towards it), strong attention to detail, a collaborative mindset and the ability to build effective working relationships.
