The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for contract and permanent positions across multiple technology domains. Responsibilities Source IT professionals using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and Boolean search techniques. Screen candidates for technical skills, communication, availability, and compensation. Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients. Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment records. Collaborate with the delivery team to meet hiring requirements. Requirements 2 5 years of Technical IT Recruitment experience. Experience recruiting for Software Development, Cloud, Infrastructure, ERP, SAP, Cybersecurity, Data, or AI roles. Strong sourcing and Boolean search skills. Good understanding of IT technologies. Good English communication skills. Ability to work independently. Preferred Experience recruiting for the UK or European markets. Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.
