Spa Receptionist - Amanoi

Location Overview Join our team in Amanoi. Claiming a spectacular stretch of Vietnam’s coastline within the verdant embrace of Nui Chua National Park and UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, Amanoi is a natural paradise overlooking Vinh Hy Bay. From its remote location - a rich and diverse mosaic of ecosystems – the resort’s clifftop restaurants and pool, lakeside Aman Spa and private golden sand beach, offer limitless opportunities for outdoor exploration, cultural immersion and serene time out. Role Deliver exceptional guest service at Aman Spa while ensuring smooth reception operations in line with Aman standards. Manage reservations, guest arrivals, payments, and coordination with therapists. Responsibilities Provide warm, professional, and personalized guest service. Manage spa reservations and treatment schedules efficiently. Recommend suitable treatments and retail products. Maintain reception and guest areas to Aman standards. Complete daily opening and closing procedures. Handle payments and cashiering accurately. Support retail inventory and guest amenity control. Maintain strong knowledge of spa treatments, wellness services, products, and resort facilities. Follow Amanoi policies, procedures, grooming, and service standards. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Requirements 1–2 years’ experience in Spa Reception, Front Office, or luxury hospitality. Luxury resort or wellness experience preferred. Good spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage. Strong communication and guest service skills. Familiar with reservation and POS systems.
