Take ownership of backend modules and deliver solutions aligned with business and technical requirements. Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements, clarify technical aspects, provide updates, and ensure successful delivery. Lead and coordinate with a small team of developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and support. Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services. Work on LLM/AI-based integrations , including integrating LLM APIs into business applications and developing AI-driven features. Design and implement efficient database solutions using relational databases such as MySQL/PostgreSQL . Containerize applications using Docker and work with containerized development/deployment environments. Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement reliable and scalable fixes. Write unit tests and ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and adherence to development best practices. Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, architects, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery. What We're Looking ForMust-Have Skills 3–4 years of professional experience in Python backend development. Strong hands-on experience with Python and Django . Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and backend development concepts. Good experience in designing and developing REST APIs . Hands-on experience with relational databases , preferably MySQL/PostgreSQL. Practical experience with Docker and containerization . Experience working with LLM/AI integrations , LLM APIs, or AI-powered application features. Good understanding of Git/GitHub and collaborative development practices. Experience troubleshooting and resolving application/production issues. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Good communication skills with the ability to interact directly with clients and stakeholders . Experience in guiding or handling a small development team and taking ownership of deliverables. Good to Have Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, SQS, DynamoDB, or other cloud services. Experience with Flask or FastAPI . Knowledge of LLM frameworks, AI APIs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, or vector databases. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows. Knowledge of microservices architecture. Experience with performance optimization and scalable system design. Key Responsibilities at Senior Level Technical Ownership: Take ownership of assigned modules/features from requirement understanding through deployment. Client Interaction: Communicate directly with clients to understand requirements, resolve queries, provide technical updates, and manage expectations. Team Handling: Guide junior/mid-level developers, conduct code reviews, distribute tasks, and ensure timely delivery.
