Role Description : The Telecaller will handle outbound and inbound calls to provide information about school programs, admission procedures, and events to prospective and current parents or guardians. Daily responsibilities include answering queries, updating call records, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate documentation of interactions in designated systems. The role also involves coordinating with the admissions and administration teams, sharing timely updates, and ensuring a professional and courteous communication experience. The Telecaller will be expected to meet call and follow-up targets while adhering to school policies and communication guidelines. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. Qualifications Strong verbal communication, clear telephone etiquette, and active listening skills. Ability to handle inquiries, provide accurate information, and manage follow-ups in a structured manner. Basic computer proficiency, including data entry and use of calling or CRM software. Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management to handle call volumes. Professional, courteous demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with parents, guardians, and staff. Fluency in English and Hindi; additional languages are an advantage. Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or front-office roles, preferably in education, is beneficial. Minimum educational qualification: Higher Secondary (12th pass); a graduate degree is preferred.
