Company Description We suggest you enter details here Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an ICU Staff Nurse based in Mandi Gobindgarh, Punjab The ICU Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients. Daily tasks include monitoring patients' vital signs, administering medications, maintaining accurate patient records, and collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver optimal patient care. The nurse will also educate patients and their families on treatment plans and provide emotional support as needed, ensuring compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards. Qualifications Proficiency in patient assessment, monitoring, and administering medications Knowledge of critical care nursing practices and experience operating ICU equipment Ability to respond to emergencies, perform CPR, and provide advanced life support Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills Compassionate patient care approach, emotional intelligence, and stress management skills Registered Nurse (RN) license and a degree in Nursing (Bachelor's or Associate's) Prior experience in an ICU or critical care setting preferred Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is advantageous
