Education High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred. Experience 0–2 years of experience in an IT support or Help Desk role. Experience supporting both on-site and remote users. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Customer-focused approach with strong phone support and service skills. Technical Skills Basic troubleshooting experience with Microsoft Office applications and other software. Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and general computer hardware.
