Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Job Title: Data Analyst W2 Opportunity Location: Hybrid Role, 3x a week in Basking Ridge, NJ Compensation: 40-44HR Must-Have Skills 5+ years experience as an After Market Product Professional / Data Analyst Experience working cross-functionally and directly with top-tier OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturer- Ericsson, Nokia, Cisco, ZTE, Samsung, Apple, Google, etc..) Sales analysis using pre/post-sales data (excel/sheets, Teradata, thoughtspot, looker, click) Prior BI tool experience (Teradata, ThoughtSpot, Looker) for sales data analysis with comfort picking up new platforms Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency (this is the primary working environment for the role) Ability to translate a business process into requirements a technical team (GTS) can automate, without writing the automation itself AI tool fluency: demonstrated use of tools like Claude, Gemini, or NotebookLM to build dashboards/analysis faster than a traditional BI build cycle Strong negotiation skills Experience with financial reconciliation or revenue assurance processes Experience with sales reporting and forecasting (reseller or distributor partner management) Plusses: Ability to run and modify existing SQL queries within BI platforms (Looker, ThoughtSpot, Teradata) to extract and format reporting output Project management experience or certification JIRA familiarity (used between business and GTS teams; nice to have, not required) Mission: Responsible for supporting Promotional Funding program consisting of pre/post-sales data analysis, promotional funding strategy, and sales analytics. The remaining responsibility will focus on supporting a new initiative, focused on automation effort combining internal tools, AI, and blockchain to streamline data flow across negotiation, funding tracking, and reconciliation. Day-to-Day: Planning/forecasting, pricing, sales program management, and aftermarket product promotions Supporting- Manage the Promotional Funding program end to end- this is more of a support role.. Input negotiated/under-negotiation rates into the proprietary Funding Tracker tool Run scenario planning and prior-quarter analysis to support negotiation prep Act as secondary checkpoint on reconciliation: validate Revenue Assurance figures against expected funding outcomes, investigate discrepancies Document current business process clearly enough for the GTS team to build automation against it (this person does not write the automation code themselves) Support external OEM reporting tied to reconciliation cycles and contractual requirements
