Who are we: We are Bridge Polymers, an international company with multiple branches across Europe and beyond. We trade in polyolefins - something you’ve probably never heard of, yet encounter every day. These are types of plastic with hundreds of different applications. Our customers use these plastic pellets to create their products. Our suppliers are global producers of petrochemicals, and we focus primarily on trading polyethylene and polypropylene. Bridge Polymers has offices in several countries, including in Spain, Poland, Romania, and more, with our headquarters based in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. The market we operate in is fast-paced. Thanks to our straightforward, honest, and down-to-earth company culture, we can perform at our best even in the hectic world of fast trading. We are flexible and work with short lines of communication, allowing us to always stay on top of the business! Your responsibilities: As an Inside Sales Representative you will be part of our LATAM Team and you’ll start with our on-the-job training program. This development track gives you the chance to explore and build a wide range of skills within the company, helping you build your knowledge in the following areas: Business Development: You’ll research new markets- Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay- identify new opportunities, research target customers, and proactively reach out via calls, emails, and LinkedIn. Your goal is to set up daily meetings with prospects and explore opportunities to grow our customer base. Sales Support: You’ll learn how to build and send offers, manage follow-ups, and support the sales cycle from lead to deal. Customer Administration: Handle day-to-day communication with prospects and clients, ensuring that all customer data, requests, and feedback are managed effectively.
