Hiring: Regulatory Reporting Business Analyst | Dublin | Hybrid We are looking for an experienced Regulatory Reporting Business Analyst to join a team in Dublin , working onsite 3 days per week . Key Requirements Strong experience in Regulatory Reporting , including: FINREP COREP AnaCredit ESG Reporting Statistical Reporting Pillar 3 Extensive experience in Business Analysis and Requirements Management Strong understanding of Axiom / Nasdaq regulatory reporting solutions Experience managing change portfolios, delivery backlogs and project governance Knowledge of supplier management, third-party risk frameworks and operational governance Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow and Visio Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills Strong documentation, reporting and presentation capabilities Ability to work effectively across Regulatory Reporting, Finance, Technology and Vendor teams Good understanding of SDLC, SIT, UAT/BAT and post-implementation review processes
