Shift - 4:30pm - 2:30am Monday Evening to Saturday Morning As a QA General Operative, you will be responsible for a variety of duties. Responsibilities: Performing pre-pour and post-pour inspections Ensure products are completed in line with QA standards Advising Unit Supervisor/QA Technician of any deviations to standards or specifications Operation of mechanical equipment Maintenance & cleaning of machines General upkeep of the unit Concrete finishing Assist with loading of deliveries Your responsibilities are not limited to those outlined above, and you are expected to carry out other reasonable duties from time to time, as requested by your manager Demonstrate a lead by example approach to all aspects of Health & Safety, be fully compliant with Company Health & Safety: policies, procedures, systems and rules, report all hazards and incidents and ensure that you work safely at all times Skills Required: Ability to read, understand and interpret drawings Knowledge of construction industry Machine experience is an advantage but not necessary Manual Handling What You Get: Kilsaran Precast is an organization that believes that our people are our greatest strength, and our success is down to the dedication and enthusiasm of our team.
