About the Opportunity : The Data Onboarding Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring new data sources are integrated accurately and efficiently. This position supports the organization’s mission by maintaining high data quality standards and facilitating seamless data flow to drive analytics and operational effectiveness. The role contributes directly to the reliability and usability of data, impacting decision-making processes and overall program success. 3. Responsibilities : Coordinate onboarding of new data sources, files, and partners Review and interpret source data formats, schemas, and business requirements Map incoming data to internal models and enforce transformation rules Validate data quality, completeness, and consistency during onboarding Troubleshoot issues related to data delivery, parsing, and integration Collaborate with engineering, product, operations, and client teams to resolve questions Document onboarding workflows, data definitions, validation rules, and exceptions Track onboarding progress, risks, and timelines through to completion 4. Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, data analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience Minimum 2 years of experience in data operations, integration, implementation, or technical support Familiarity with structured data formats such as CSV, JSON, XML, and flat files Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to manage multiple onboarding tasks and deadlines High attention to detail and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications : Experience with ETL/ELT workflows, SQL, Python, or data quality tools Knowledge of cloud data platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, or AWS Experience with API-based integrations and secure file transfer methods Familiarity with healthcare, financial, or regulated data environments Experience in metadata management, data governance, or schema mapping Proficiency with Jira and Confluence 5. Pay Range and Compensation Package : The likely salary range for this position is $85,000 to $115,000, subject to experience, location, and contractual requirements 6.
