Job Title: Telecaller Location: Coimbatore (On-site) About the Role Are you a confident communicator who loves helping others? We are hiring a Student Admissions Telecaller to join our energetic team in Coimbatore! You will act as the primary guide for prospective students and parents, helping them navigate their educational options, answering course queries, and facilitating admissions. What You’ll Do: Outbound Calling: Connect with interested students and parents to share details about our courses, eligibility, and fee structure. Guide & Convert: Provide personalized guidance, address concerns, and walk applicants through the step-by-step enrollment process. Track Progress: Keep call records, status updates, and follow-up notes organized in MS Excel/CRM. Achieve Goals: Work toward daily calling targets and lead conversion goals in a collaborative work environment. What We’re Looking For: Education: Any Graduate or Diploma holder. Languages: Fluency in Tamil and English is required. Tech Skills: Basic working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and calling/CRM platforms. Soft Skills: Excellent verbal communication, persuasive ability, and a goal-oriented mindset
