About the Opportunity The Business and Data Analyst collects, cleans, analyzes, and interprets data from multiple sources to support informed business decision-making. This role contributes to organizational insight by developing reports and dashboards, identifying trends and process improvement opportunities, and supporting AI-driven analytical solutions. The position also helps ensure that data used for analysis and reporting remains accurate, secure, and reliable. Responsibilities • Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources. • Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and related tools. • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities for process improvement. • Support database development and translate business requirements into effective analytical solutions. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop data-driven recommendations. • Use AI tools and support the development of AI agents to enhance analytical workflows. • Validate data quality and ensure accuracy, integrity, and security throughout analysis and reporting processes. • Document analytical methodologies, findings, and recommendations for stakeholders. Requirements • Master’s degree in Business Statistics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field. • Proficiency with data analysis tools and programming languages such as Excel, SQL, R, or Python. • Familiarity with data visualization platforms such as Power BI and Tableau. • Experience working with large datasets and relational databases. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Pay Range and Compensation Package • Salary range of $112,000 to $115,000 per year , depending on experience. • Eligible for a discretionary annual performance-based bonus.
