Supply Chain Operations Analyst

1. About Our Client: The organization operates within the supply chain and operations sector, addressing challenges related to operational efficiency, data integration, and performance analysis. It supports complex operational, financial, engineering, and business functions through data-driven insights and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple leadership teams. 2. About the Opportunity: The Supply Chain Operations Analyst supports cross-functional teams by analyzing large data sets to identify trends and performance drivers, developing actionable insights, and creating scalable reporting and process improvements. This position enhances organizational visibility and supports strategic decision-making to improve operational performance. 3. Responsibilities: • Conduct research and analyze large operational, engineering, financial, and business data sets to identify trends and performance drivers. • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall business performance. • Perform root cause analysis and translate findings into actionable recommendations for leadership. • Monitor key performance indicators, including financial, productivity, KPI, SLA, and contractual metrics. • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Qlik, Looker, or similar platforms. • Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and establish success metrics. • Develop and maintain SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and reporting. • Investigate and resolve data quality issues to ensure accurate and consistent reporting. • Support system integration, data exchange, automation initiatives, and emerging technology adoption. • Collaborate with IT and Business Intelligence teams to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency. • Partner with leadership and customer teams to understand analytical needs and deliver tailored insights. • Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing operational KPIs and forecasting future trends. 4. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field. • Minimum 1 year of experience in business research, data analysis, analytics, operations, engineering, continuous improvement, supply chain, or a related field. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis. • Experience using SQL for data extraction and analysis. • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or Looker. 5.
