About the Role: We are seeking a talented and motivated Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting full-cycle recruiting activities, attracting qualified talent, and delivering a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. This role partners closely with the Senior Recruitment Specialist and HR Teams to source, screen, coordinate, and hire qualified candidates while ensuring recruitment activities align with organizational goals and hiring timelines. Key Responsibilities: Own full-cycle recruiting: postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and workforce needs Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals; build pipelines for current and future roles Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the process Maintain accurate records in the ATS and track progress against hiring timelines Support onboarding handoff and recruitment process improvements as needed Competencies: Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple vacancies at once Skilled in sourcing and pipeline development Ability to use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools effectively Sound judgment and problem-solving under a performance-driven pace Candidate-first mindset with a strong sense of discretion and confidentiality Required Qualifications:  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience 1–3 years of recruiting or relevant HR experience Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, or other sourcing platforms • Experience in high-volume recruitment environments • Experience supporting onboarding processes • Knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting • Experience with process improvement initiatives.
