Graphic Design Intern — Truemeds Labs About The Role Truemeds is looking for a versatile Graphic Design Intern to support our diagnostics and at-home testing business across a wide range of creative needs — from digital banners and social media creatives to short-form video editing and app/marketing collateral. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys working fast, wearing multiple hats, and seeing their work go live across app screens, WhatsApp campaigns, social channels, and more. What You'll Do Design banners, carousels, and promotional creatives for the app homepage, category pages, and campaigns Create social media assets (posts, stories, reels covers) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Edit short-form videos and reels — trimming, adding captions/subtitles, transitions, background music, and brand overlays Design WhatsApp/CTWA campaign creatives and templates for marketing and CRM communication Support packaging, icon, and illustration work for diagnostic test/package listings (following established design systems) Create presentation decks, one-pagers, and internal collateral as needed Collaborate with product, marketing, and vendor teams to turn briefs into polished creative assets, often on tight turnarounds Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs and help build/organize a reusable asset library What We're Looking For Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent portfolio-based experience) Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Figma Working knowledge of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar A strong eye for layout, color, and typography, with attention to detail Comfortable working across formats — static banners, motion graphics, short videos, and print-style collateral Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment Bonus: familiarity with basic motion design/animation, Canva, or generative AI design tools What You'll Bring / Take Away A portfolio (or samples) showcasing design and/or video editing work Exposure to building creative assets for a real, scaled consumer health-tech product Ownership of end-to-end design work — from brief to published asset Opportunity to work closely with product and marketing leadership in a growing diagnostics business.
