Stic is trusted by brands like TikTok, e.l.f., and PacSun. The traction is already showing up in results: a SXSW campaign for TikTok Radio put 44 vehicles on the road in Austin and generated 3.9 million tracked impressions. That's real, revenue-generating proof in a category still mostly sold on assumption. Stic is early-stage and lean by design, not by accident, so the people joining now are building the operating playbook rather than following one already written. That means fast and accurate execution, without the layers of process that slow down a bigger company. About You We're looking for a Full-stack Software Engineer to join our team and help build and maintain modern web and mobile applications from end to end. This is a great opportunity for a developer who's eager to grow, ship meaningful features, and collaborate closely with a tight-knit engineering team. What You Will Do Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web and mobile applications using TypeScript and React on the frontend, with PostgreSQL-backed services on the backend. You'll integrate and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs as well as third-party SDKs, participate in architecture discussions, write clean and testable code, contribute to CI/CD pipelines, and work with cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform and Firebase. You'll also collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality software across platforms. If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.
Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.
Next, learn who's hiring. Accenture has posted 2,801 engineer roles. andurilindustries, speechify, and jobgether are also actively recruiting. If you're applying to one of these names, research their hiring patterns and interview style before you apply. That homework pays off.
When you interview, expect the question every engineer hears: 'Tell me about a time you had to debug a problem that wasn't in your job description.' Have a specific story ready—not a general one. Name the tools, the deadline pressure, and what you learned. Hiring managers listen for whether you see problem-solving as part of the role itself, not a favour.
