Windows System Administrator

Windows Administrator Location: Elkhart, IN (Hybrid flexibility possible) Salary: $80K–$85K DOE Overview We are seeking a Windows Administrator to support and enhance our internal IT environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong Microsoft systems administration experience who enjoys owning projects, improving infrastructure, and working independently in a growing technology-focused organization. This is not a traditional help desk role — we are looking for someone who can take ownership of Windows-based systems, Microsoft 365 administration, endpoint management, and virtualization initiatives. Responsibilities Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 environments Manage and support Microsoft Intune and endpoint management solutions Support Windows-based systems and internal applications Assist with virtualization platform management and future migration initiatives Evaluate and recommend infrastructure improvements Partner with internal IT teams and business users to resolve complex issues Work independently on assigned projects and deliver solutions Required Qualifications Hands-on experience as a Windows Administrator, Systems Administrator, or similar role Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience Experience managing Microsoft Intune environments Experience supporting virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, XenServer, or similar) Ability to troubleshoot, prioritize, and independently drive projects to completion Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset Preferred Qualifications Experience with Okta or identity management platforms Cloudflare experience PowerShell scripting knowledge Experience leading or supporting virtualization migrations Experience working in an internal IT environment What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who: Takes ownership and works well with minimal supervision Is proactive and solution-oriented Communicates clearly with technical and non-technical teams Wants to continue growing their IT career Why Join?
