Great opportunity for an experienced help desk technician with a minimum of 2 years’ law firm experience. The HelpDesk Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support in the use of firm-supported computers and firm-approved software. Responsibilities include: providing deskside and telephone/remote technical support, support of Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365 suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Also responsible for supporting iManage, Workshare Professional, Adobe X, Nuance, Chrome, Edge, and all other standard firm applications, as well as for assisting with technology setup for meetings and new hires. Candidate must have the ability to interact and communicate professionally, calmly and effectively with attorneys, staff, and members of management. Must also have the ability to work both independently and as a member of a team. Successful completion of an appropriate course of study or graduation from an accredited college, trade school, or IT training program required.
