Talent Acquisition Associate at BairesDev We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to support the first contact with candidates. You'll help conduct initial interviews and assist in understanding candidate profiles and engaging them in our process. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills to work with candidates, attention to detail, and an interest in talking with applicants from different countries. What You'll Do: - Review candidate information to assess general fit. - Contact candidates through phone calls, video, LinkedIn, or email to validate their interest and encourage participation in our process. - Help schedule interviews, send invites, and maintain system records. - Support candidate interviews to assess qualifications by reviewing their profile, experience, interests, and commitment.
