Senior EAM Systems Owner/ Administrator

Position: Senior EAM Systems Owner/ Administrator Compensation: $120,000 - $135,000 annually, depending on experience Location: Houston, Texas Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior EAM Systems Owner/ Administrator to join their team! This is a high-impact opportunity to own a critical Enterprise Asset Management platform and help shape how maintenance and reliability teams use it every day. You’ll serve as the strategic bridge between operations, IT, and leadership, driving system improvements, better data quality, and stronger business outcomes across the asset lifecycle. Key Responsibilities & Duties: Own platform configuration, governance, and overall system health Define standards for assets, work orders, PMs, and failure codes Lead master data quality, validation, and cleanup efforts Manage user access, roles, onboarding, and periodic reviews Partner with stakeholders to translate needs into system solutions Prioritize enhancements and maintain the platform roadmap Support maintenance planning, scheduling, and reliability workflows Oversee integrations, testing, and release coordination with IT Develop reports, queries, and dashboards for business insights Drive adoption, training, and continuous process improvement Required Qualifications & Experience: 7+ years of EAM or CMMS platform experience Hands-on ownership of an EAM system or major module Strong understanding of maintenance and asset management concepts Experience with work orders, PMs, and asset hierarchy structures Proven data governance and process standardization experience Ability to partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience influencing outcomes without direct authority Strong troubleshooting and root-cause resolution skills Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Working knowledge of SQL for reporting and validation Experience with APIs and system integrations Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting tools Background in maintenance planning or reliability engineering Experience supporting system implementations or upgrades Industry experience in oil and gas, utilities, or manufacturing Perks & Benefits: This opportunity includes a comprehensive and competitive benefits package—details will be shared during later stages of the hiring process.
