Provide follow up, guidance and reporting for contracts and memorandums of understanding to ensure compliance with the security of the vital data.Document and organize instructions used to maintain systems.Assist with the modernization of the HL7 (FIHR) standards within the office working with vendors when necessary.Develops strategies to assist with projects and system enhancements by data analysis. Maintain databases/logs, create reports, assess data file layouts.Analyze and then appropriately report and follow up on any system failure/problems and, when possible, take steps to resolve issues.Assist with documentation required for a request for proposal (RFP). Job Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following: Supervises the duties of the Administrative Specialist.Makes work assignments, monitoring progress, setting performance expectations, completing performance review, setting priorities, communicating effectively to share pertinent agency/office/section information, and taking necessary action to fill vacancy promptly.Trains position on the effective application of statutes, regulations and computer systems.Counsels employees as necessary, taking appropriate disciplinary action when needed. Serves as backup for the Section Chiefs in the office and attends the necessary meeting in their absences.Assist with security training for the office of all new and current staff. Qualifications Education: High School, GED Licensing & Certification: Valid Driver's License - Incumbent is required to have and maintain a valid driver's license when operating a state vehicle, a private vehicle, or a rental vehicle for the benefit of the State. Minimum Qualifications: Two years of experience in planning, organizing and directing the work of a department, program or agency.
