Day-to-Day: Work directly with banking clients during MTS implementations Consult customers on how to best utilize the platform and available features Gather business requirements and translate them into solution designs Recommend configuration changes and oversee testing activities Partner with development teams when custom enhancements are required Support implementation, integration, and deployment efforts Troubleshoot functional and technical issues throughout delivery Lead architecture discussions and act as a trusted advisor to clients Ensure successful delivery of Real-Time Payments and High Value Payments solutions Job Description: Insight Global is seeking an MTS Solution Architect for a leading payments technology client. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to banking customers implementing ACI's Money Transfer System (MTS) platform. The Architect will work closely with clients to understand business objectives, provide guidance on solution utilization, support configurations and testing, and collaborate with development teams when custom enhancements are needed. The ideal candidate has hands-on MTS implementation experience, strong payments domain knowledge, and the ability to quickly contribute to complex Real-Time Payments and High Value Payments initiatives with minimal ramp-up time.
