The Opportunity We're looking for a commercially sharp, target-driven Sales Executive to own the full sales cycle for Finnish SME customers - from first outreach to activated account. You'll have real autonomy to build your pipeline, shape how we approach the Finnish market, and directly influence wamo's growth in the region. This is a high-visibility role with a clear path to grow as we scale. What You'll Do Build and manage an active sales pipeline aligned with monthly and quarterly activity targets, acquisition goals, activation targets, and revenue expectations Run consultative discovery conversations and position wamo's products to fit each customer's needs Own opportunities end-to-end; from first contact through to activation - handling objections and driving deals to close Keep your CRM sharp and your forecasts reliable, so you (and we) always know where the business stands Work closely with Compliance, Onboarding, and Product to make sure customers get a smooth, fast start with wamo Bring market insight back to the team; what's working, what customers are pushing back on, where the opportunities are What You'll Bring 2–4 years in B2B sales, business development, or account executive roles - ideally in fintech, payments, SaaS, or financial services A track record of managing opportunities from qualification through to close Fluent in Finnish and Swedish, with professional proficiency in English.
