Job Description Our agile IT team manages critical systems using SSIS , handling trade data, customer information, tax calculations, and reporting. We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer to analyze legacy systems and implement solutions following best practices. The role requires proactivity, strong communication, and teamwork, with cultural adaptability essential for collaborating across global locations. Main Tasks: Analyze, design, and implement software solutions compliant with IT Department guidelines; Apply development best practices, unit testing, and coding standards to ensure high-quality deliverables; Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions; Collaborate effectively in a SCRUM/Agile environment ; Document solutions, create schematic diagrams, and support knowledge sharing for projects and maintenance; Contribute to uninterrupted service delivery and continuous improvement of IT operations. Technical Skills: C# .NET / .NET Core — Mastery; Design Patterns and SOLID principles — Mastery; Experience with relational databases ( SQL Server preferred ); Experience with web frameworks ( Angular preferred ); Test-driven development (TDD), dependency injection, and version control ( GIT/SVN ); Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle ; Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment; 6+ years of relevant professional experience; Team player with flexibility, adaptability, and high performance; Excellent written and spoken English; Ability to analyze change requests, define potential solutions, and translate logical thinking into diagrams and documentation. If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.

Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully.
