Patient Care Technician Mask & Equipment Fitting — Blackrock, Cork Location Blackrock, Cork (office-based) with travel across Munster Working Hours Monday–Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm Office Type 50% Office / 50% Travel (field-based patient visits) Salary €38,000 – €40,000 DOE (Depending on Experience) Contract Full-time, Permanent The Role Our client is seeking a customer-focused Patient Care Technician to join their team, helping to fit masks and equipment to patients across Munster. This is a hands-on, people-facing role based out of the Blackrock, Cork office, split evenly between office-based administration and on-the-road patient visits. Full training will be provided, making this a great opportunity to grow internally and develop within the healthcare equipment space. Key Responsibilities Office-based (50%): managing your own schedule, updating internal systems with patient data and results (full training provided) Field-based (50%): travelling to meet patients, fitting masks and equipment, and showing patients how to use their equipment Delivering excellent customer care and building trust and rapport with patients in their own homes Planning and organising your own daily schedule, with travel across Cork and other Munster counties as needed Key Requirements Minimum 3 years' experience in nursing, surgery, or a healthcare/home care setting Essential people skills, with a genuine, patient-focused approach Comfortable working independently and managing your own daily schedule Full clean driving licence, with willingness to travel across Munster What's on Offer €38,000 – €40,000 salary, depending on experience Company car and fuel card provided Expenses covered for stationary and related costs Full training provided, with genuine opportunity to grow and develop internally
