Broadband & Connectivity Sales Executive Industry: Telecommunications | Internet Service Provider (ISP) | Enterprise Technology Solutions | Managed Services | Cloud & Digital Transformation Location: Lagos, Nigeria Department: Sales & Business Development Reports To: Head of Sales / Commercial Director Salary: ₦500,000 Monthly + Sales Commission + Benefits Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: Minimum 8 Years About The Role We are seeking an experienced Broadband & Connectivity Sales Executive to drive revenue growth, acquire new business customers, and develop strategic commercial relationships within Nigeria's broadband, telecommunications, connectivity, and ICT ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Nigerian connectivity market, an established B2B network, and a proven track record of generating revenue from SME, corporate, enterprise, and institutional clients. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute effective sales strategies for broadband, internet connectivity, managed connectivity, and related ICT solutions. Identify, prospect, and acquire new SME, corporate, enterprise, and institutional customers. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline while consistently achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Sell solutions including Dedicated Internet Access (DIA), business broadband, fibre/fixed wireless connectivity, VPN/private networks, managed connectivity, SD-WAN, cloud, and related ICT services. Develop and maintain strong relationships with ISPs, telecommunications operators, technology partners, and other industry stakeholders. Conduct client meetings, presentations, site visits, solution discussions, and commercial negotiations. Understand customer requirements and collaborate with technical teams to develop appropriate connectivity solutions. Prepare quotations, proposals, commercial offers, and sales documentation, managing opportunities through to successful closure. Negotiate contracts and commercial terms within approved business guidelines. Manage existing customer relationships and identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and recurring revenue. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and emerging opportunities within the connectivity and ICT sector. Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and customer information. Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Management to ensure effective customer onboarding and service delivery. Support the development of strategic partnerships, channel relationships, and distribution networks. Requirements Minimum of 8 years' proven sales experience in broadband, telecommunications, ISP, connectivity, ICT, or a related technology environment. Strong knowledge of the Nigerian broadband and connectivity market. Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding B2B sales targets. Proven experience selling to SMEs, corporates, enterprises, or institutional clients. Good understanding of: Business Broadband Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) Fibre/Fixed Wireless Connectivity VPN and Private Networks Managed Connectivity SD-WAN and related networking solutions Cloud and ICT services Strong business development, prospecting, and relationship-management capabilities. Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and commercial skills. Demonstrated ability to independently generate leads and convert prospects into paying customers. Strong understanding of sales margins, commercial models, and revenue generation. Ability to work effectively with technical teams and translate customer requirements into commercially viable solutions. Experience using CRM platforms and sales reporting tools. Highly target-driven, proactive, commercially astute, and results-oriented. Key Performance Indicators Performance will be assessed based on: Monthly and quarterly revenue generated. New customer acquisition. Sales conversion rate. Recurring Monthly Revenue (MRR) generated. Sales pipeline value and quality. Customer retention and revenue expansion. Strategic partnerships and channel development. Achievement of assigned sales targets. Compensation & Benefits Monthly Salary: ₦500,000 Performance-based sales commission. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate should already have a strong understanding of how broadband and connectivity solutions are sold within the Nigerian market. We are particularly interested in professionals with an established network of business relationships, strong knowledge of the ISP and telecommunications ecosystem, and a demonstrable ability to identify opportunities, acquire customers, close B2B deals, and generate recurring revenue.
