Buscamos a una persona apasionada por el desarrollo de software con un enfoque Sr, lista para sumarse a un equipo dinámico que construye soluciones escalables de alto impacto en el mundo fintech. En este rol, tendrás la oportunidad de potenciar tu autonomía y crecer técnicamente. No solo vas a tirar código de calidad, sino que colaborarás activamente en la implementación de soluciones, propondrás mejoras y trabajarás en una infraestructura moderna basada en AWS, colaborando con perfiles Senior, Producto y UX. Stack tecnológico Backend: Node.js (Fastify / Express), Typescript, API REST y Arquitecturas Event-Driven. Cloud: AWS (Experiencia e interacción con EKS, Lambda, ECS, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, Step Functions , Event Bus, SQS). Testing: Foco en calidad y buenas prácticas (Jest, Cypress u otros frameworks). Requisitos excluyentes +5 años de experiencia real como desarrollador/a en entornos ágiles. Sólidos conocimientos prácticos en Node.js y Arquitectura Event-Driven. Experiencia integrando APIs REST y consumiendo servicios en la nube (AWS es mandatorio). Criterio técnico: Familiaridad con buenas prácticas, clean code y patrones de diseño. Proactividad y trabajo en equipo: Capacidad para analizar requerimientos funcionales y transformarlos en código eficiente, comunicando tus ideas con claridad en documentaciones técnicas. Adopción AI: Familiaridad e interés en el uso de herramientas de IA para el desarrollo diario (como GitHub Copilot, Gemini, uso de Skills, MCP, etc) como aliadas para optimizar tus tiempos y la calidad del código.
