We are seeking a highly motivated Depot Support Engineer to manage IT asset lifecycle activities, including receiving, staging, imaging, deployment, repair coordination, inventory management, and asset tracking. The resource will work closely with End User Computing (EUC), Service Desk, and Infrastructure teams to ensure timely provisioning and support of end-user devices. What You’ll Do In The Role Manage IT asset inventory, including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, monitors, and peripherals. Perform device imaging, configuration, staging, and deployment activities. Coordinate hardware repairs, replacements, and warranty services with vendors. Receive, inspect, and process incoming and outgoing IT assets. Maintain accurate asset records in ServiceNow or other asset management tools. Support hardware refresh, device migration, and onboarding/offboarding activities. Ensure compliance with asset management and security policies. Track stock levels and provide inventory reports to management. Coordinate device shipping, returns, and disposal activities. Assist users with basic hardware and peripheral-related issues. What You’ll Need To Succeed Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Experience supporting enterprise-scale device deployments and refresh programs. Experience in IT Asset Management and Depot Operations with hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 imaging and deployment. Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, Autopilot, and Active Directory. Experience with ServiceNow Incident, Request, and Asset Management modules. Understanding of hardware lifecycle management and inventory controls. Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills. ITIL Foundation certification is preferred. Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
