The Technical Team Lead will lead a team of Full Stack Engineers responsible for designing, developing, and supporting FinTech and SaaS products. This role combines technical leadership, people management, delivery ownership, and solution architecture. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of engineers across multiple products. Own technical design, architecture, and delivery execution. Drive development of scalable, secure, and resilient applications. Review solution designs, code quality, and release readiness. Collaborate with Product Management and Business Stakeholders. Manage technical risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges. Establish development standards, coding best practices, and governance.
