Job Description Oracle RMS QA Lead Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Oracle RMS ver 16.x or higher Jira, QMetry Automation (Selenium, Karate Framework) Test Case, Test Scenario definition PL/SQL Oracle RMS critical Data/Schema knowledge Oracle RMS Item and Supplier Module expertise Roles & Responsibilities Manual / Functional Testing: Lead end-to-end, SIT and module testing for Oracle RMS 16.x modules, specifically Item and Supplier. Automation testing: Setup the Automation framework, test scripts and data and manager automation testing of UI related functionalities Merchandising Domain Expertise: Apply strong functional knowledge of retail merchandising processes and how they are implemented in RMS. Quality Assurance & Best Practices: Establish and enforce testing best practices Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Functional Analysts and Business Stakeholders (e.g. merchandising, supply chain teams) to ensure adequate Test Covergae, test evidences, and Defect resolution. Documentation & Governance: Ensure all testing deliverables are well-documented. Generic Managerial Skills, If any Onshore/Offshore & Vendor Coordination: Effectively manage a distributed development team model. Team Leadership & Mentoring: Lead a testing team (including onshore and offshore engineers) by providing testing direction and day-to-day guidance.
