This position is responsible for overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines, data warehouses, and integrations that support business intelligence, regulatory reporting, and operational decision-making. The role includes managing a data engineering team, setting technical standards, and collaborating with IT, operations, finance, and compliance stakeholders to ensure data is accurate, accessible, secure, and aligned with business needs. Day-to-day tasks involve defining data architecture, optimizing database performance, implementing data quality controls, and supporting analytics initiatives that improve safety, customer service, and operational efficiency.
