Overview Wunderdogs is an independent creative agency with a growing (20+) distributed team across the U.S., Canada and Europe. We provide beginning-to-end strategy, design and production services to forward-thinking brands in the technology space, from startups to established companies. We're looking for a Digital Designer (Marketing) to join our team and work primarily with our retainer clients. Unlike project-based work, you'll develop deep, ongoing relationships with a portfolio of clients, becoming an extension of their marketing teams and developing an intimate understanding of their brands, audiences, and business goals. You'll report to both the Design Team Lead and Head of Creative and Strategy, working across a wide range of marketing assets. This role requires a designer who thrives on variety, works quickly without sacrificing quality, and has a deep understanding of marketing asset creation across digital channels. Key Responsibilities Marketing Asset Creation Designing social media content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, Facebook), including static posts, carousels, and stories Creating webinar and event graphics, including promotional banners, registration pages, presentation templates, and recap assets Developing one-pagers, sell sheets, and product/feature overviews Designing email headers, newsletter templates, and digital campaign assets Creating infographics, data visualizations, and report layouts Designing blog graphics, featured images, and content marketing visuals Producing landing page designs and website banners Creating presentation decks for sales, investors, and internal use Designing trade show and event collateral (booth graphics, handouts, signage) Adapting and resizing assets for multiple formats and platforms Brand Stewardship Maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints for assigned clients Building and maintaining template libraries and asset repositories Contributing to design system development and documentation Evolving client brands within established guidelines while keeping them fresh Collaboration & Process Working under the supervision of the Design Team Lead while maintaining direct communication with leadership Collaborating closely with Account Managers to understand client priorities and deadlines Managing multiple client requests simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Participating in client calls and incorporating feedback quickly Working efficiently within retainer hour allocations Key KPIs Operational Efficiency: Deviation from estimates <10% Client Satisfaction (CSAT): Average score 4.7+ Internal Quality Score: Average score 4.7+ Client Creative Feedback: Average score 4.7+ Turnaround Time: Meeting SLAs for retainer deliverables Requirements 3-5+ years of experience in marketing design, preferably at an agency or in-house marketing team Deep experience with marketing asset types: social media graphics, webinar materials, one-pagers, email templates, presentations, infographics Strong understanding of social media platforms and their design requirements/best practices Expert proficiency in Figma (primary tool) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Proficiency with AI tools Experience with motion/animation tools a plus (After Effects, Lottie) Ability to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client accounts Comfortable with remote collaboration via Slack, video calls, and project management tools Strong portfolio demonstrating range across marketing asset types Nice to Have Experience working with B2B technology brands Basic motion design / animation skills Experience with HubSpot, Marketo, or other marketing automation platforms Understanding of conversion-focused design principles Experience building and maintaining design systems The Perks Diverse team (team members are based in US, UK, Europe, Canada, LATAM) Working with interesting clients in the technology space Fully remote A highly cooperative team that encourages professional growth and self-development Salary is commensurate with experience and market-rate at the candidate's location To be considered, apply with your cover letter, CV, and portfolio.
