Key Detail s:- Pay Rate: $26/ho ur- Location: Onsite – Canonsburg, PA Specializing in Conference Room Integration and Supp ortPosition Overv iewWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented AV & Network Contractor to join our team, specializing in conference room integration and support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reprogramming room setups, registering conference spaces within the Corporate environment, testing units for connectivity, and verifying the operational environment. This role requires a proactive professional with a strong technical background in audiovisual systems, networking, and conference room technolo gy.Key Responsibilit ies• Reprogram conference room setups to meet evolving business needs and technology standar ds.• Register and integrate conference rooms within the Corporate environment, ensuring all systems are properly configured and document ed.• Conduct comprehensive testing of AV and network units for connectivity, performance, and compatibili ty.• Verify the operational environment, including network health, device functionality, and user accessibili ty.• Perform data verification to ensure the accuracy of room configurations, device inventories, and system documentati on.• Support service retirement processes, including decommissioning outdated AV and network equipment and updating records according ly.• Provide technical troubleshooting and support for conference room systems, addressing issues and implementing solutions prompt ly.• Complete additional technical tasks as assigned, collaborating with cross-functional teams as need ed.• Attend planning meetings for integration activity by site for complet ion• Interface with key vendor(s) for in person and virtual consultation of custom conferencing spa ces Qualificat ions• Proven experience in AV integration, network engineering, or conference room technology supp ort.• Strong understanding of conference room AV systems, networking protocols, and device registration proces ses.• Experience with enterprise AV/IT platforms is prefer red.• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve technical issues efficien tly.• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate documentat ion.• Strong communication and collaboration ski lls.• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environm ent.
