Experience designing and implementing fraud strategies for digital consumer lending products, with a track record of delivering measurable improvements in fraud loss, approval rates, and customer experience. Experience in residential lending (mortgage or home equity) and unsecured lending (personal loans or credit card) is preferred. Solid understanding of modern fraud decisioning, automated risk management, and digital lending operations. Solid understanding of fraud typologies in consumer lending—identity, synthetic, first-party, third-party, account takeover, bust-out, never-pay, credit washing, APP scams, and income/employment misrepresentation—and how they manifest across application, funding, and account data. Strong hands-on analytical and data skills, including proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis. Proven ability to harness large datasets and translate analytical insights into scalable business strategies that drive measurable outcomes. Ability to leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and deepen analytical insight.
