Job Summary Works collaboratively with the Project Director and Project Managers, as well as other source owners to develop a project plan for each project that will establish project timelines, tasks, and milestones in collaboration with the vendor. Responsible for in-depth knowledge of system software as well as operational workflows. This includes achieving and maintaining application certification. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 3 years relevant professional work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be self-directed with strong interpersonal, communication, analytic and computer skills. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge and experience with Health Information Systems in a healthcare environment, particularly the Epic suite of applications, is preferred. Epic certification(s) or demonstrated experience supporting Epic applications is highly desirable. Experience supporting or utilizing emerging healthcare technologies, including artificial intelligence, ambient clinical documentation, predictive analytics, and workflow automation solutions, is highly desirable.
