Estamos buscando un/a QA Automation Engineer SSR para sumarse a un equipo que desarrolla una plataforma central de Inteligencia Artificial y Datos . PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES Diseñar y mantener la estrategia de Testing Automation de la plataforma. Automatizar pruebas E2E, Integration y API. Desarrollar y mantener suites de testing para Frontend, Backend y Data. Integrar los tests automatizados al pipeline de CI/CD. Ejecutar y analizar resultados de tests durante cada sprint. Reportar y realizar seguimiento de defectos mediante Jira. Trabajar en conjunto con Frontend Developers, AI Engineers y Analistas Funcionales. Automatizar criterios de aceptación. Participar activamente en ceremonias ágiles. Contribuir a la mejora continua de la estrategia de calidad. REQUISITOS ️ 3 a 5 años de experiencia en QA Automation . ️ Experiencia sólida en Playwright — preferentemente — o Cypress. ️ Experiencia con Pytest o unittest para testing de Backend. ️ Experiencia en API Testing con Postman, Newman o requests en Python. ️ Experiencia con CI/CD , especialmente Azure DevOps Pipelines o GitHub Actions. ️ Experiencia testeando APIs REST . ️ Experiencia en testing de productos de datos: integridad, transformaciones y calidad. ️ Experiencia real contribuyendo a pipelines de CI/CD. ️ Capacidad de aprendizaje autónomo, ownership y adaptabilidad. PLUS Será especialmente valorada la experiencia o interés en testing de sistemas de Inteligencia Artificial , incluyendo: Evaluación de outputs de agentes de IA. If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.
Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.
Next, learn who's hiring. Accenture has posted 2,801 engineer roles. andurilindustries, speechify, and jobgether are also actively recruiting. If you're applying to one of these names, research their hiring patterns and interview style before you apply. That homework pays off.
When you interview, expect the question every engineer hears: 'Tell me about a time you had to debug a problem that wasn't in your job description.' Have a specific story ready—not a general one. Name the tools, the deadline pressure, and what you learned. Hiring managers listen for whether you see problem-solving as part of the role itself, not a favour.
