Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage project teams throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery of project objectives. Define and maintain project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and key milestones. Apply Agile methodologies and project management best practices to drive execution and delivery. Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide clear, timely updates to stakeholders and leadership. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies. Ensure proper project governance, documentation, and knowledge transfer activities. Monitor project performance, track progress against established goals, and ensure compliance with quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to achieve project outcomes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes, tools, and delivery practices. Ensure project deliverables align with business objectives, strategic priorities, and customer expectations. Mandatory Requirements: Program Management Expertise Strong understanding of project and program management principles, methodologies, and governance practices. Experience managing projects from initiation through closure. Agile Methodology (Level 5) Proven experience applying Agile frameworks and practices, including planning, execution, tracking, and delivery. Ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement. Leadership & Communication (Level 5) Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams. Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement and executive reporting. Project Planning & Prioritization (Level 5) Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands and adapt to changing business needs.
