Job Description: The Business Analyst is the programmer's analytical engine - the person who turns current-state ambiguity into documented, decision-ready fact, and future-state design into requirements the technology and operations teams can build against. This is a hands-on delivery role, not an advisory one. You will own the process documentation, requirements, data and traceability that the operating model design, technology configuration and knowledge transfer all depend on, working directly across Talent Acquisition, HR, HR Technology, Operations, Sales and Finance. Required Experience: Demonstrable experience insourcing an RPO or outsourced recruitment solution - having worked through vendor transition, knowledge transfer and the stand-up of an in-house recruiting capability Strong Smartsheet capability - building and maintaining project plans, dashboards, RAID logs, forms, automations and cross-sheet reporting, not just updating them Proven business analysis delivery on large-scale transformation - current-state process mapping, requirements definition, UAT, traceability and SOP development Experience engaging senior stakeholders across multiple functions - Operations, Sales, HR, Technology and Finance - and translating between operational reality and system design Comfortable operating in ambiguity and converting unstructured input into documented, decision-ready output Excellent written documentation skills - SOPs, process maps, requirements and executive-ready summaries Strong data and analytical capability, including advanced Excel; able to build and defend workload, capacity and volume models Available to work core hours in US Central or Eastern time Plusses: Talent Acquisition or recruitment operations background, ideally in a high-volume or frontline hiring environment Hands-on exposure to Workday Recruiting Distribution, foodservice, logistics, manufacturing or other multi-site operational environments Business analysis certification (CBAP, CCBA, IIBA) or equivalent; Agile or Lean Six Sigma exposure
