Hooks, Meng and Clement is looking for a motivated and dependable IT Support Assistant to join our Law Firm in our Las Vegas office. This is an entry-level position for someone who enjoys helping others, troubleshooting technology issues, and learning new IT systems in a fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of computers and technology and be comfortable assisting with setting up printers and copiers, configuring Mac and PC computers, supporting Adobe PDF applications, and troubleshooting basic telecom and VoIP phone issues. Familiarity with Cisco security devices is a plus, but a willingness to learn is essential. Strong customer service and communication skills are important, as this position will provide day-to-day technical support to employees throughout the firm. The ability to work well as part of a team, follow instructions, and learn new technology. Compensation: $20 an hour
