We are seeking a Level II Application Support Analyst to join the Enterprise Applications team, supporting a portfolio of critical business systems. This team is responsible for managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM , identity and access platforms, IT service management tools, and enterprise integrations. This role will play a key part in supporting, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise applications , with strong exposure to API integrations and emerging mobile applications . Successful candidates excel at and enjoy: Provide Tier 2 support for enterprise applications, troubleshooting and resolving production issues Support and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environment Analyze issues across applications, integrations, and data flows Your previous experience includes: 2–5+ years of Application Support / Systems Analyst experience Hands-on experience supporting enterprise applications Exposure to API integrations and troubleshooting Salary: $80k - $95k This is an ON-SITE position in Las Vegas, NV. If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.
Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.
