Business Systems Analyst Locations: Texas Locals Only Must Have Financial Services + Pershing experience Nice to Have: Strong experience with requirements of elicitation and documentation using industry-standard techniques. Experience writing detailed system requirements . Ability to lead discussions with business stakeholders to understand and define business requirements. Ability to work independently with Business and Technology SMEs . Experience refining and documenting technology requirements that are consumable by Agile development teams . Strong Financial Services / Banking domain experience . BNY Pershing experience is strongly preferred/required. Candidates should have experience with Pershing software or financial institutions that utilize Pershing for brokerage services . Key Responsibilities: Elicit, analyze, and document business and technology requirements. Lead requirement gathering sessions with business and technology stakeholders. Translate business needs into clear and actionable system requirements. Collaborate with Business and Technology SMEs to refine requirements. Create requirements that can be effectively consumed by Agile teams. Support analysis and clarification throughout the development of lifecycle. Work closely with stakeholders in the financial/brokerage domain .
