Technology Support Opportunity in Financial Services Sr. Technology Support Consultant Location(s): Las Vegas, NV Role Type Full time Salary $80,000 - $85,000 + annual performance-based bonus Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, licensure, experience, and education. Summary The Senior Technology Support Consultant serves as a critical technology partner for Premier Trust, responsible for supporting, enhancing, and evolving the firm's technology environment. This role leads technology initiatives, manages complex escalations, partners with internal stakeholders and external vendors, and identifies opportunities to improve operational efficiency, security, business continuity, and user experience. The Senior Technology Support Consultant acts as a key liaison between business operations, technology providers, and third-party partners to ensure technology solutions align with business objectives and regulatory requirements. This position requires a strong combination of technical expertise, project management, problem-solving, and relationship management skills to support the organization's ongoing growth and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities Serve as the primary technology consultant and escalation point for complex system, application, and infrastructure issues. Lead and coordinate technology projects from planning through implementation, ensuring successful delivery and adoption. Partner with business leaders to identify, evaluate, and implement technology solutions that improve operational effectiveness and client service. Manage relationships with external technology vendors, managed service providers, software providers, and consultants to ensure service excellence and delivery against business objectives. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend enhancements that improve efficiency, scalability, risk management, and user experience. Collaborate with trust administration, compliance, operations, and leadership teams to support technology requirements and strategic business initiatives. Drive process improvement efforts by identifying automation opportunities and technology solutions that reduce operational risk and increase productivity. Coordinate system upgrades, enhancements, testing, deployment activities, and post-implementation support. Lead troubleshooting efforts for critical system incidents and business-impacting technology issues. Develop and maintain technology documentation, workflows, procedures, and knowledge resources. Support information security, business continuity, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity initiatives. Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of disaster recovery and business continuity plans. Monitor technology performance and service levels and work proactively to resolve recurring issues. Facilitate user training and technology adoption initiatives across the organization. Provide technical guidance and recommendations to management regarding technology investments and operational priorities. Maintain working knowledge of all critical business systems and applications supporting Premier Trust operations. Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, security, and data privacy requirements. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. Education Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Technology, or related field preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Basic Requirements 5+ years of experience supporting business-critical technology environments. Experience managing technology projects and coordinating cross-functional initiatives. Experience working with third-party technology vendors and managed service providers. Experience supporting regulated financial services organizations preferred. Experience with trust accounting platforms, CRM systems, workflow automation, and Microsoft technologies preferred.
