YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mid-Level DevOps Engineer to join our ICAM team. In this role, the candidate will help build, maintain, and improve the infrastructure, deployment processes, and tooling that enable our development teams to deliver reliable software efficiently. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Helm, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, Elasticsearch, containerization, monitoring, and automation. You should be comfortable working collaboratively with system and software engineers and security teams while taking ownership of DevOps initiatives from implementation through production support. Requirements TS/SCI Clearance with Full Scope polygraph Kubernetes & Platform Engineering Experience with Kubernetes cluster lifecycle management. Experience developing and maintaining Helm charts for application deployment and configuration. Experience with GitOps tools and CI/CD pipeline integration Infrastructure-as-Code and automation experience utilizing Ansible. Understanding scalability and high-availability strategies with deployments across multiple service centers (e.g., availability zones). Systems, Software, and Integration Experience with PKI and certificate-based authentication. Familiarity with REST APIs and service-based architecture. Experience managing Elasticsearch clusters, Logstash pipelines, and Kibana dashboards, focusing on cluster performance and data ingestion. Experience supporting systems using MongoDB. Collaboration & Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience collaborating with software developers, test engineers, and system administrators. Ability to lead technical discussions and brief technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience developing program review materials.
