Position Overview StaffHero is seeking a QA Registered Nurse (USRN) who is fluent in English and holds an active Massachusetts Registered Nurse license. This fully remote role will support patients, healthcare providers, and clinical teams through care coordination, patient outreach, clinical documentation, and nursing support services. The ideal candidate is compassionate, clinically experienced, culturally sensitive, and comfortable communicating with Spanish-speaking patients while delivering exceptional healthcare support. Key Responsibilities Conduct patient outreach and follow-up calls. Provide nursing support, patient education, and care coordination services. Communicate with patients, providers, caregivers, and healthcare teams regarding treatment plans and healthcare needs. Document patient interactions accurately and thoroughly in EMR/EHR systems. Assist patients with understanding medications, treatment plans, appointments, and healthcare resources. Support case management, utilization review, care management, intake, or clinical support activities as assigned. Identify and escalate clinical concerns appropriately. Maintain compliance with HIPAA, organizational policies, and client requirements. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support positive patient outcomes. Participate in quality improvement and team initiatives. Qualifications Required Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts . Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Minimum of 2 years of QA nursing experience. Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills. Excellent communication and patient engagement abilities. Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) systems. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Preferred Additional active US state nursing licenses. Experience in care coordination, case management, utilization review, telehealth, patient intake, or managed care. Experience working with diverse patient populations. Previous remote healthcare experience. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Work Arrangement Full-Time Remote Must be available to work during designated US business hours Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace required
