The ideal candidate will have experience with cloud environments, an understanding of cloud services, and a strong Linux command line understanding. Looking for candidates with some variety of the skills listed below. Key Responsibilities Workstation and Server support: Local Linux Desktop support Support local and remote “Cloud-in-a-box” infrastructure (Nutanix) Comfortable with hardware deployments and troubleshooting Cloud Infrastructure Management: Manage and Maintain cloud-based resources (AWS) IPA Puppet Documenation Network Support: Support troubleshooting efforts for our cloud base network infrastructure Support/troubleshoot local network issues Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: 5+ years of experience in server/desktop Linux system administration and network Troubleshooting.Skills Knowledge of DevOps practices and methodologies Experience navigating Linux Command Line Willingness to learn new technologies Certifications: Current DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (CompTIA Security+ or equivalent / higher) Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Puppet, IPA, Kubernetes Experience or understanding of Cloud in a Box Solutions Experience with Ansible and Scripting
