Must Haves 8+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Strategy, or Data Management Expert-level SQL for data profiling, analysis, validation, and reconciliation (tie-outs) Proven experience leading requirements gathering and translating business needs into technical specifications Experience designing and governing KPI, metric, and semantic layer definitions Strong source-to-target mapping and data dictionary documentation experience Deep understanding of metadata management and golden-record concepts Hands-on experience with Snowflake and/or Databricks Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead discovery sessions, workshops, and executive-facing discussions Experience driving data quality, governance, and enterprise reporting initiatives Plusses Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience Denials Management Accounts Receivable (AR) Underpayments Coding & Assurance Patient Pay / Insurance Discovery Experience building semantic layers and enterprise metrics frameworks Business Intelligence and dashboarding experience Exposure to Snowflake Cortex or AI-driven analytics solutions Experience leading cross-functional analytics or data transformation programs Data governance and master data management experience
