About the Role As a Solutions Consultant, you will leverage your analytical skills and strategic thinking to solve problems and design solutions. Your adaptability and communication skills will be key as you collaborate across teams to deliver customer-focused solutions. This role is ideal for those who are passionate about technology, customer service, and making a measurable impact. Duties Consult with customers on ITSM, ESM, Agile, PPM, and DevSecOps operating models, understanding pain points and improvement opportunities, and providing insights on industry trends. Analyze and assess of business processes, systems, and workflows, identify gaps, and contribute to the prioritization of process improvements. Assist in the architecture of tailored solutions to unique customer needs and support system integrations involving complex environments and workflows. Strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering valuable solutions and pursuing measurable outcomes. Communicate ideas and recommendations effectively, build trust through empathy and active listening, and present to diverse stakeholders. Contribute to the development and delivery of high-quality, customer-facing deliverables and presentations, ensuring alignment with the company's commitment to quality and customer focus. Participate in solution lifecycle, from initial scoping to post-implementation support, including workflow design, system configuration, and issue resolution. Assist in gathering requirements and interviewing key stakeholders to understand business system requirements. Support the configuration and administration of business systems to meet customer needs. Assist in application training, communicate effectively with end users, and support change management initiatives and the rollout of new processes and tools. Play multifaceted roles in customer engagements, supporting the tasks of analyst, consultant, and trainer. Collaborate with account leaders and sales team to identify and develop new business opportunities and promote company capabilities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, business administration, or a related field, or relevant work experience. Two years or more work experience in a customer-facing role. Good analytical abilities and strategic thinking. Good communication skills in written and spoken English. Authorization to work in the U.S. Ability to work in a remote environment, and ability to travel to company and customer sites from time to time. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with Atlassian products, including Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Jira Align, Confluence, Bitbucket, Trello, and Access. Experience or understanding of Agile concepts and work in relevant frameworks ( e.g. , Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, DevOps, ITSM). Knowledge of project management concepts and tools, including planning, estimation, risk and issue management, and stakeholder communications. Ability to manipulate and transform data with scripting tools or in business tools such as Excel. Willingness to learn and improve continuously. Proven ability to deliver high-quality work and delight customers. Ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams. Commitment to owning your path, your work, and your relationships.
